X-Contacts is not responsible for any sales taxes, customs fees, or other taxes charged by your Custom's Department. We are also not responsible for lost packages. We are also not responsible for delays due to local Customs offices which can hold packages for up to 15 business days. If a package does not reach you we can process a 2nd shipment (must be paid) and then refund the charge when the original package is returned to us.

Depending on lens availability, brand, and location it usually takes 1 to 12 business days for delivery. For US orders insurance is $2 per $100 value (insurance is mandatory for orders $200 or more).

United States S & H:
The cost of S & H within the US is as low as $8.95 US by Canada Post (like HI, AK, US Territories, APO addresses) and as low as $14.95 US to Canada.

We also offer UPS 2-day service (as low as $21.95) and UPS overnight (as low as $29.95) for in stock items only. Please e-mail us (info@x-contacts.com) to ensure we have your lenses in stock before choosing the 2 options.

For Daily Disposable 30 lenses per box (eg. 1-Day Acuvue Moist) S & H is as low as $12.95 US
For Daily Disposable 90 lenses per box (eg. Focus Dailies AquaComfort) S & H is as low as $16.95 US

International S & H:
The cost of Int'l S & H is as low as $14.95
